Made-to-order curtains cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind after the specifications are confirmed and payment is received.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, email heybeicurtains@gmail.com within 14 calendar days with your order number and clear photos. Pricing is based on the finished coverage width for one panel × the number of panels × the listed per-metre rate. Finished height up to 2.7 m is included unless a written quotation states otherwise.
