Made-to-order curtains cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind after the specifications are confirmed and payment is received.

Professional dry cleaning is recommended for this heavyweight chenille. Use low-suction vacuuming for dust, do not bleach or tumble dry, and steam lightly without pressing or flattening the textured surface.
Size & Measuring
Pricing is based on the finished coverage width for one panel × the number of panels × the listed per-metre rate. Finished height up to 2.7 m is included unless a written quotation states otherwise.
