Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-order curtains cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind after the specifications are confirmed and payment is received.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, email heybeicurtains@gmail.com within 14 calendar days with your order number and clear photos. Material & Care
Remove dust with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum. Spot clean carefully and follow the supplied care label for full cleaning. Do not bleach; use low-temperature steam and avoid soaking the wooden button trim.
Size & Measuring
Pricing is based on the finished coverage width for one panel × the number of panels × the listed per-metre rate. Finished height up to 2.7 m is included unless a written quotation states otherwise.
Coverage width means the width one finished curtain panel is intended to cover. Measure the installed rod or track, select the desired fullness, and confirm the heading and hardware before payment. View the curtain measuring guide.
